Miller Center Annual Report. The Miller Center's focus last year was on Presidential first year in office.. The imagery used on the cover is taken from a painting depicting George Washington's inauguration. Cover printing techniques: blind emboss and UV spot varnish. One of the brand attributes is "Revealing Democracy" so that is an underlying theme throughout much of our work.
